Great app, issues with timing of temp read
So far this has been a great app to use for family planning; I appreciate the straightforward UI interface, the educational materials, and the peace of mine I get from knowing my green and red days. This is my main method of tracking contraception and gives a lot of peace of mind for me and my partner. My only concern I have right now is the way the Apple Watch records your basal temp. I have noticed that it will record my temp as soon as my alarm, if I have one set, has been completely turned off. I am a chronic snooze button fan, and today I forgot to fully turn the alarm off until I was already out of bed and heading for the shower, and noticed my recorded basal temp was taken too late for it to be a viable reading. That worries me for future algorithm predictions if I don't pay attention and omit those read errors. That is my only issue so far, otherwise the new Watch integration has been great and is usually a wonderful way to get a basal reading without having to think much about it.

Payment after subscription
Nice app taking you through all the introduction steps. But then after 5 min of going through it all you get the price/payment options. Would have liked it if the cost were clear from the beginning.

So far diasapointed
I have been using the app for 4 month now. I have a regular cycle and a good awareness of my body. The app is getting worse in predicting ovulation as opposed to getting better. Moreover it only corrects itself after the fact of ovulation (2+ days later) which is quite useless. Last month it was 6! days off while the same prediction through Oura ring confirms the change to Lutheal phase quite clearly. I may give it a bit more try and then cancel sub.

Terrible Policies
I became pregnant and completely forgot I had an annual subscription. (I mean it's freaking annual not monthly….) I reached out to them a few days after and they refused to refund me the annual fee. I've never heard of a company have such a terrible policy. Literally no company would just keep all of your money when you can't use the app anymore. Not even a partial refund? I mean wow just wow.

Why the calendar change
I will start off by saying I love the natural cycles algorithm. I've used it as contraception and now using it for conception. But the calendar update is AWFUL. It's so cramped, it looks awful, and you have to sit in a month aka such as march or April, you can't hover between the two to get a full view of your cycle if like me yours sits from the middle of one month to another. Who designed this UI?! Is this a male UX designer because a woman certainly didn't create this new view. I want a setting to change it back so badly!

I have the oura ring and it's connected but after the first 3 days of use where it worked well, natural cycles stopped syncing my temperature from oura. I've tried all the resets but it's still not working. Just shows a continuous loading icon. Please advise.

Almost Perfect
I got the ring and the app AFTER I had an ectopic pregnancy. I tried logging the day I received the shot of medication to end it, but for some reason it wouldn't let me select the correct date. 😒🤦🏾‍♀️ It would only let me choose the “current day” or the “day before”. With no way to edit when I received the medicine, everything just seems so far off 🙄😩 Not sure how long I will pay for this app at this moment 😮‍💨

Natural Cycles is more than just a birth control app, the app Natural Cycles also helps users who are trying to conceive with natural family planning.. Natural Cycles can help you plan a pregnancy by tracking your basal body temperature to predict ovulation and tell you when you are most fertile. As you continue to enter your temperature, our algorithm will understand your cycle better and can predict ovulation to tell when you are most fertile.

Measure your body temperature with a basal thermometer and add your data.
Natural Cycles works by users taking their basal body temperature each morning and then adding your data into our app to help us analyze your menstrual calendar. Your temperature changes during your cycle are significant in predicting your fertile window. A basal thermometer is included with our annual subscription or can be bought as an add-on to our monthly subscription.

The app supports syncing with Apple Health.
