Went to do a mobile deposit and every time I take the photo the app crashes and logs out. I just switched to an s21. This app worked on my note 9 but not on my new s21. This is so inconvenient now that I can't do mobile deposit. Looking at reviews it looks like NFCU has know of this issue for four months and doesn't care to fix. Will be finding a new bank that will allow mobile deposit. I could see it taking a few days to have there team fix this glitch but four months and nothing. No respect.

What is going on!!!! This app has not worked for me in the past month and it sucks because I can't check my account. Update: October 2020 I can finally log into my Navy Federal account, no more hassle, it even takes my fingerprint scanner. Finally! I can log in without having to use my laptop or actual website. UPDATE: the app finally works very well, I am so pleased with it now

The app is down 40% of the time and when its down its an hour or more wait to talk to real person. Its ridiculous. Trying to update my adress after a PCS is an all week effort. Might as well switch banks.

Haven't had an issue until I got my new phone. Second week I haven't been able to use the mobile deposit on my OnePlus 9. Unsure what fixes you need to apply since it isn't just Samsung specific.

For the most part it is very good there is sometimes that theres issues, for instance when we got stimulus checks every person that had navy federal was on the app. There was also downtime for maintenance that was a pain in the but. So other than that this is litterly the best app I've had for digital banking and even bamk of America doesn't compare

its not the app but the Navy Federal Credit Union program. they require 660 credit score to buy home for Veterans but their competitors require 620. How does that help a vet? Also their hold time to be connected with a live person is 25mins or longer no matter what time of day. how does that help veterans? If you deposit cash in an ATM it will not post for two days? how does that help a vet? if you tranfer funds from another bank it takes 3 days or longer. How does that help out a vet?

The app has been great up until I upgraded my phone to smsng g21+ in Feb 2021. I wasn't able to make mobile deposits on my new phone; however they fixed it after a couple months. Now this new update in May 2021 broke the mobile deposits again. Hopefully they fix it permanently asap. Originally the review was 5 stars and will move it back to 5 stars after I can make mobile deposits for a few months again without issue.
