They don't focus on fixing anything it seems so the app remains buggy. Instructions can be out of order. They also get cut off at times when the next exercise starts. Too much talking, especially during yoga style exercise sets. Doesn't work well with music cause it keeps pausing the music instead of just lowering the volume.

From being one of the best to the worst.
A few months ago I started using this app, combining resistance exercises with strength seemed great and complementing them with yoga was a good way to exercise, but after a few weeks the problems started, the app is not compatible with my Watch, I did not record the exercises in other apps, when my phone's operating system was updated all these errors were presented at the same time and now I can not even enter with my user. Please! try other apps like that, they have to pay as NTC is one of the worst apps for real exercise.

App keeps quitting mid workouts
I've been trying to use this app on and off WiFi and it keeps crashing. It's super annoying and makes it hard to follow and even get motivated to continue. Tried reinstalling and Turing on off the phone. Not improved. Super sad because it seems like a great app otherwise.

Sign up issues
So to sign up you have to put in your birthday and the only way to do that is to scroll through a calendar that starts with today's date. I'm supposed to scroll back 40 years one month at a time. No thanks!

Almost perfect
Three things to make it perfect (for me) 1. More bodyweight workouts for arms and upper body. 2. Workouts with resistance bands. 3. Trainer-led courses don't sync calorie data with the Health app; it must be fixed.

Bug Apple Watch 6
The app is excellent and has many different workouts and includes yoga. However, it has a big problem, often and willingly does not save properly the training sessions made with the Apple Watch and it is a very annoying thing, as it does not allow you to see all the parameters related to training
