Don’t not work when signing in

I can't even sign in and it keeps saying the passwords not match up and I have checked the so many times and that do. I don't know why it won't work but I wish it did

An update seriously degraded offline app capability. When I want to read a book while in airplane mode, I get a popup every few pages telling me to connect to a network. Same when I'm connected to cruise ship wifi without outside internet. I hope they didn't automate moving books back to the cloud... I don't like finding out mid-trip that the books I thought I had downloaded were "available in the cloud" and thus unavailable without an internet connection.

App is horrible! it's designed to have you purchase a nook tablet. Not phone friendly at all. Can't select book without scrolling through entire Bible. Easy to lose your place. and unable to study from more than one book at a time. They are forcing the sale of tablets.

Can't download a digital version of the book I bought?

Sprent hours trying to figure out how to download some sort of pdf file or something to have on my computer or another device just for it not to be possible. Using Amazon kindle and google books from now on.

I don't like I can't download without pc PDF files to read. I'm in hospital and needed that feature, too bad it was gone. We need that feature back for downloaded to phone-open and read on nook, no pc drag and drop. Also, I keep having to undownload books I've read. It's difficult to keep space available for new purchase download.

Cannot buy books using my Samsung Galaxy S24, but CAN using an old Amazon Android Kindle Fire Tablet. Nothing works on the Samsung device. There's no option to buy a book! Even logged into the same account, I also can't see the books I bought via the tablet. Not vert useful if I can't get books on my phone

Terrible for reading manga. Resolution is awful, it randomly zooms back out while zoomed in, it randomly jumps ahead dozens of pages.
