Since March 3rd I made my purchase and the date I can't see the chat tools, I can't use it on my computer, since that's where I want to use it, when I enter it keeps asking me to pay. I have written many emails and messages with no response after several months. I hope to establish communication with someone who will give me a solution.

Purchased this application mainly for the cross platform compatibility and the use of the included web version but when you go to the web and login with the exact same email your chat history simply doesn't exist.Others have also been experiencing the same issue.Already contacted support.Will see how it goes.If things improve then the rating will change.But as of now I don't recommend this.Considering the cost.The web version also appears as a 3 day trial.No chance after purchasing a year.
