The app keeps logging me out. What's the point of fingerprint if I have to keep re-entering my password. The credentials last a few days at most. So tiresome.

Had the smart meters installed on Wednesday 17th so still finding my way around. Had an unannounced visit from National Grid electrician on Friday 19th to inspect the electricity setup. Did not clearly state the reason why. Is it normal for the Octopus's engineer's work to be checked and if so can I expect another visit for the gas setup be checked?

Been moved from bulb to octopus & not impressed with the app I can top up my meter & although my smart display & the app show the money has gone on and being used it isn't updating the usage chart (last update is 15th May), so keeping track of daily usage is not as easy untill fixed The bulb app updated remaining credit in real time so you could see how much you have anytime & gave an estimate of how many days left untill top-up was required Top up limit is lower than bulb @ £81 per transaction

just been moved from bulb had nothing but trouble Received poor customer service I've emailed 7 times about a problem still not got back to me about my warm home voucher, still no response even phoned several times ,a week later still no meter key still can't top up metre I feel let down absolutely useless like they don't want to know 👎

Pretty much useless I have a smart pay as you go meter and it doesn't show any usage and takes days to update my balance

Have no problem with the app for seeing my energy uses and bills but when I come to pay either Gpay or by debit card details it declines my card which then I have to ring my Barclays bank to unblock my card?

This app is absolutely terrible, it supposed to make submitting a meter reading simple and straightforward, yet seems to require you to continually telephone customer services to confirm what you have input, wish I could enter a lower rating than 1 OK so you found my account, does this mean that going forward you will accept the meter readings I provide, because if not, not sure of the point 😉
