It was bad at first, but there is a meta support person named Charm there, and they're the best. I recommend them. I had a glitched oculus, thinking it was metas fault, thinking that they would do that for money. I didn't know what happened, but after talking to charm, we got it figured out. It was glitched and had to replace it, and I had a warranty so I could get it replaced, but the app itself is okay for android. It's slow and can lag sometimes, but on iPhone, it's pretty good.

It's not sending the confirmation code to my email and I can't use the headset until it does. I'm just about to freaking return the whole thing and get my money back because at this point I'm highly over it Edit: It finally sent the code...it won't accept the code it sent. It refuses to send a different code.

Terrible, I had an error all the time when logging in, I contacted customer service and nothing, not to mention that the computer does not let me log in to the web and therefore I cannot use the application for the quest link, the only thing they tell me is that my graphics card is not compatible, While last year left me with no problem, the customer support was fast thankfully, but I still have to make a living, it didn't cost them anything to make a decent login to the app itself.

Constantly freezing, not connecting to device, asking for a non existent pattern lock. Had to reinstall an older version of the app

Worked the first time when we got the headset, process was simpler then because I think it wasn't a requirement to pair with the oculus app. It wasn't until I decided to factory reset the headset due to some account ownership reasons. Now pairing is required. The issue is, it doesn't work with 3 other devices I've used. Contacted 3 different support members and all 3 ultimately concluded that you'd have to send back your headset in the post for a replacement. No workaround, send to mail.

It often freezes and doesn't work. It doesn't move at all for the last three days. An app that you can't use at all.

Terrible app. Won't pair headset with device as you will keep seeing pairing screen in headset. The support staff at Meta is useless as they ask you to follow the steps which don't end up resolving issues. So many people on internet facing and talking same issue. Meta should offer to take all these device even without warranties and offer replacement.
