They have no problem allowing you to put money into your account but have been waiting almost 2 months now to get my account verified to withdraw my winnings. Very frustrating!!

You can not withdraw winnings from this app. I have been trying for many many weeks. They cite “a back up of account verifications” and have no timetable for when you can withdraw. If you want access to your potential winnings DO NOT use this app. It's a scam. They keep you waiting until you spend your winnings.

Do not play online slots! I been doing it for a long time now on olg it is nothing but a scam! You cannot win on it. They always take your money and you never win! Stay away from olg! It runned by the government and what does the government do they screw everyone over! You think there greediness would to give back to the people at some point but they don't they are nothing but the scum of the earth!

App is fun and easy to use, was able to deposit and start to play quickly and I won $700 but I submitted my information to withdraw and it's now been weeks and OLG won't allow me to withdraw my winnings because they are “experiencing a high volume of requests” and they won't even give an estimate on when I'll be able to access. Get the feeling they're trying to get ppl to keep playing and lose instead of leaving with their winnings.

I started creating an account nearly a month prior to writing this review and it still has yet to be id verified. They then sent me an email with a link to their “express verification process” which compares your selfie to a picture of your id, only for that to be a broken piece of garbage

This should be illegal- I would never in 100 years recommend this app to anyone- have now been waiting 6 weeks to withdraw money, their ONLY withdrawal method is direct to bank account, but they DO NOT VERIFY your bank account. How long could this possibly take. Go with ANY other reputable casino/ Sportsbook. How this is allowed is beyond me- they take money out of your account immediately, but unable to deposit for months on end without an estimate of when your account will be verified? STAY FAR AWAY
