Annoying app
This app sucks. It signals dead batteries, even if I have just inserted new ones. Every evening I have to delete the app and reload it again, that's the only way it can find contact with my hearing aids. With every incoming message, the app loses contact. If she has re-established contact, my previous settings are gone. It is and remains the worst app that Oticon imposes on all users. I would like to use the previous app again, unfortunately it doesn't work anymore.

Crappy app, constantly broken device
The Oticon more hearing aid keeps shutting off. After going to the authorized service, the device is broken, the application constantly turns off after updating. Thousands of pounds went to waste.

Cannot connect to Audio streaming. Under Accessibility my Aid is shown but clicking on it says 'An app is needed to use this device'. Just to clarify, my aid (Opticon Engage) is paired with the Companion App. it just seems impossible to stream audio. Audio streaming a core function, especially for phone calls, hence 1 star rating. Curious to know if April, 2024 version of this app (when available to me ) could enable streaming?

TERRIBLE APP
Oticon Companion is a TERRIBLE APP. I loved having Oticon On; it was wonderful. Things stayed connected. Never had any issues launching the app or communicating between my Apple Watch and my iPhone and the hearing aids. Was forced to changed to Oticon Companion by the manufacturer. It has sucked ever since. My hearing aids will randomly stop being paired for no apparent reason. The app loads slowly, it takes for every to re-pair. Sometimes the watch won't change the HA settings when I ask it to. I rely on these hearing aids to be able to function in my everyday environment. It got so bad, that a month ago, I actually had my audiologist send my hearing aids in one at time to the manufacturer for repair because it was disconnecting so frequently, I assumed it was a mechanical failure of the HAs themselves. Oticon couldn't find anything wrong, so they ended up replacing both hearing aids (thankfully, it was on their dime- they were ONLY a year old!!) They're disconnecting less frequently now, but they're still disconnecting. And it's FRUSTRATING. Based on this, I can only assume that it's an app issue and, when it comes time to get new hearing aids, I will be looking at other products where the technology integration is more SEAMLESS and BETTER SUPPORTED. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Wearing time not updated
The app stops updating my wearing time after a firmware update applied to my hearing aids on Apr. 29, 2024. Is this a known bug?

Extremely basic, basically, the app just adjusts the volume, which is helpful as it's very difficult to do on the hearing aid. But it won't work for music, radio or any other sound from my phone which is a samsung a13. I'm very disappointed as i can't hear podcasts properly, so the hearing aid is of only partial help to me. Apparently, if you have apple devices, you are favoured as i understand you can listen via your apple device!!! Very strange to limit the app, I'm very disappointed.

The TV adapter always get disconnected no matter what method you try. A very unstable connection since day 1 of usage. Has been using for 3 year. Feedback to the app support with no reply. Nothing has been done. If your product is not working properly, please don't put it on sale. Not recommended.

Phone is synched with the phone but I cannot use it as a speaker for a phone calls.
