Our child's school wants us to have this app to keep us informed of what's going on. I think the school over does it with this app. Constant notifications come thru. Maybe Parentsquare could allow levels of importance to be determined by the school when entering announceme ts and parents could choose which level of importance they want to be notified of? (I don't want 20 notifications about registration when I completed it after they sent the 1st notification.)

Difficult, annoying, frustrating
The app is clunky and difficult to use. The layout is not intuitive and the way the app groups messages is frustrating because it makes no sense. Today I got a pop up alert that one of the 4 schools my children attend sent a message. When I clicked the alert, the app opened to a general page with no clue as to which teacher or administrator sent the message. The message has vanished like Brigadoon into the Highland mist; I hope it wasn't important….

I RSVPed to an event yes and the app thinks I said no, and I can't see how to change it. Tried to check help whcih didnt seem helpful, but maybe wanted me to go on PC and can't even see how my RSVP is recorded. The app also doesn't open the current item I click on. It will consistently open the prior item I was looking at. The app is horribly cumbersome to find a specific message. It is a complete pain in the behind.

It would be nice to save individual posts in a favorites folder to go back to. Sometimes, the search option isn't helpful. A folder to save to would be a great option.

I loathe this app and only use it because the school system insists. Alerts, documents, notifications never work as expected. Despite logging in, the app delivers errors of failure to authenticate - to access report cards or documents I have to access through my email, sign into the app, and then RETURN TO EMAIL to trigger the download. Clunky, poorly tested, awkward UX for forms and sign ups. Plus if you have an issue, forget about support. Limited forums, no contact forms, zero training.

Unreliable, confusing, and poorly designed. I have two kids in different schools and hate this program. Why can't the schools just use standard email?
