not user friendly
patreon is a great platform for creators however as a user i run into issues almost daily. with each update, they have removed features that make searching easier and watching pleasurable. they took away searching by date entirely, and to find older episodes is almost impossible. be cautious updating the app because there's a good chance they will remove features that make it easier to be a patron.

The app isn't too bad, even if we've seen better interface but hey, we're there for the content, so let's not dwell on it. The problem that becomes recurrent, however, is an untimely interruption of content after a few minutes in the screen off or in multitasking (s21 ultra), which forces you to close the video or the application to be able to restart it. And this cuts again. Could you do something about it?

Horrible app. Constantly crashes and have to find where episode left off manually after rescrolling through episodes, any little bump makes it go from landscape to portrait, if I'm hooked up to my car via Bluetooth once I turn the car off I have to force close the app to get it to operate properly and guess what...(episode starts all over). I deleted the app and just use the browser which sucks also but not as much

It's slow, frequently freezes. And even the keyboard becomes unusual when there's a lot of active users in the chat

Parent company of Moment - **EDIT: Finally got it to play. Still 3 stars until their ticketed events play through the Patreon app.** Rip-off. Sells tickets and then cannot be played through any browser I tried. Chrome, Duck, Samsung. Support the artist through Patreon, but don't buy tickets to use Moment and do not expect any tech assistance or communication on issue. It tried 3 devices (2 Samsung & 1 Apple) and multiple log-ins and changing passwords.

I'm going thru latest update as I type this so this could be pointless, but once thing that i've wondered is why is there no queue for episodes? Would be so so so useful for binging hands free ❤️
