Doesn’t work
I can't pair my new expensive toothbrush to the app for a few days in a row. The app can't find it. Very disappointing Troubleshooting didn't help either

Seriously, this product is very expensive for more than 3 years, at first it can be connected to the line, and then it can't be connected inexplicably, every time I reconnect or update or re-download the app, I can't connect, I can't connect according to Philips' instructions, and it takes a lot of time to connect every time I can't connect, it's really disappointing.

Love it when it functions properly. The are times when the app becomes off reporting scrubbing when there is none, or it is not able to detect the actual position of the brush (thus recording incomplete coverages). Last time I solved this problem reinstalling the app. It would be useful to have a recalibration option to use when needed wo having to go through reinstalling process.

Not suitable for couples and families
One attack, multiple users.... If the hand handle is used by several people, the toothbrush will subsequently report each use to my profile in the app. How gaga is that...

When it connects, the app is really good
Love the ability to track my brushing and all the other things. However I've given up on it as every two or three times I use the app it makes me go through the reset Bluetooth routine, which takes 10 mins, and it loses whatever data is stored in the brush since the last successful sync. Don't have time for that every week. If they fix that I'll start using it again. The brush itself is great, the app is great until it loses track of my handle. None of my other Bluetooth gadgets have this issue so assume it's either the app or the handle.

i hate it
no sane person brushes their teeth this way. the device itself is great. the guided brushing is awful. i hate it with every fiber of my being.

Purchased in Sept. 2020 and the app didn't work until the update at the end of March 2021. With a 200€(!!) This must not be a product. Update April 2024: In the meantime, I have the same problem as all the new 1* reviews: Data is synchronized, but not in the dashboard. Reinstalling and re-pairing does not help. Support via WhatsApp hasn't answered for weeks, I don't have Facebook and X. Ask for help!

My phone shows the toothbrush, but the app does not find it, so it becomes useless for me. Tried on two different phones. The toothbrush was never connected to any other phone before.
