Uninstalled app: Hours are wasted arranging "creations" only to never be able to order them due to the incessant bugs on the app's ordering page. Totally useless application, totally frustrating and big waste of time. Bug always when there are promos exclusive to the app.

I created 3 photo books. I liked the design options available. I found it a bit frustrating that photos didn't upload in the order I had them saved in the file on my phone. Also when I tried to rearrange the photo's order, it would say saved but did not save when I went into add the photobook to my cart. I had to do one of them 4 or 5 times. Eventually started it from scratch, adding each photo individually!

Fairly Easy to use, would like if it let me down load lots of photos to store but it only let me pick exactly what I was going g to use.

App uninstalled because I can't stand being taken for a pigeon. At the moment there are promotions on the website: the simple mug 5€ instead of 10€... I'm on the app... I'm told I'll get 8€ for the same mug instead of 10€... Why pay more on the app when the site does the same thing and cheaper?! Extremely disappointed, I don't understand the usefulness of an app if it's to pay more. It doesn't give you a good image to want to rip people off like that...

This app is awful.I downloaded it and did everything I was asked to do.When my prints arrived, the top of people's heads were cut off, in another, only half of my husband, vertically was in the picture.When I complained I was told I didn't crop the prints properly. Followed the instructions again, ordered them and guess what?Exactly the same result.Customer help is useless.I couldn't get an answer when I asked why if each print is hand checked I got unusable prints twice.Waste of time & money!!

It's a terrible app and support is so difficult, spent days doing my creation and error messages on finalising that support can't help. Advice , start again on a browser using Chrome- don't waste your time
