Worst online grocery shopping experience I ever had. I placed an order on a Saturday afternoon. On Sunday morning, it still hadn't been delivered, and then the store unilaterally canceled the order. Called customer service 3 times, and they did not help at all. Just save yourself the headache.

Payment method is useless
this app is useless when it comes to needing to change your payment method, i have tried more than once to change my payment method but it will not work.

I like this App but it can improve on the alternative products within the same price range. To see live shopping on the App will also be a bonus because waiting and seeing nothing happening after ordering is very frustrating. A big thank you and especially the Packers who doesn't get any mention.

I bought items and they didn't have them in store I got the money back on my wallet. First time I tried to do the refund they just cancelled it and now the second time I did it was on the 20th but I still haven't received my money even today. I checked and their refund days are minimum of 5 and maximum 10 but both days have passed.

honestly gna just delete the app...they didn't bring me half my order the 1st time only the next day after I complained and this time my whole order was wrong except the 2 monsters that I added...I'm not ordering again...
