Polar Flow - Latest Quality Issues
Android

App that loses watch sync for no reason. It works and then all of a sudden it loses everything and even if you follow the resolution steps, it doesn't change. And then you have to have the time to do all these steps. A simpler process should be done and the basis of this app is still synchronization. If it doesn't work, it's totally useless.

Great app, so far what I was looking for
4/15/24: update I did note below that I saw some sinking issues between Polar Beat and Polar Flow but I have witness now the data going back-and-forth. Perhaps it was just server synchronization issue when I was looking at it before. I recently bought the H10 heart rate sensor which pairs nicely with this. Had a few set up issues with connecting my heart rate sensor, but seem to have worked through that and may have been related to my phone. I really like the ability to track workouts & keep a history. I'm 65 so don't need anything super technical but this app really pulls it all together nicely for me. I've been a heart rate sensor, user most of my life and did a lot of marathons when was younger. I like the ability to see the summary and decide maybe it's time for a day off. Rest is more important as I get older. One thing which would make this app great is if it would record workouts from memory on the H10 sensor. Evidently it can only do that from the polar beat app which I've seen some reviews indicating people are having issues. So for now, I don't want to switch apps as I'm enjoying the Polar Flow, but making the H10 sensor download from memory within this app would be a definite plus. Update on April 11, 2024: I did find that the Polar Beat app feeds information to Polar Flow. But it does not seem to flow back the other way. Frustrated, but now just seeing that I have to start my workouts with the Polar Beat app which records heart rate even while the app is running in the background. I'm considering buying one of their watches but right now just using the heart sensor. Just need to confirm whether there's even better integration when you add one of their watches. I suspect there is. Just another note and a reason why I am using both apps. Polar Beat does not seem to have the ability to add a manual workout. This might happen if you forget to start the work out, but Polar Flow does have the ability to add a manual workout so I think you want to use Polar Beat for the workouts and know that that information will flow over to Polar Flow so you need both apps if that is important. I'm liking both apps, seems like a future revision might just be to combine functionality available to both. But for now now I'm satisfied with using it the way it is.

I just updated the app and it doesn't sync anymore. Not only does it not sync, but it doesn't even open the app. Well, what a load they've made

The negative factors are that sleep data cannot be strangled so strongly that a mark of the clock remains, it cannot be measured, and blood pressure cannot be measured.

The last synchronization with the phone was from 13.04. After that, the watch immediately began to discharge... For a day completely, before that it was enough for 8-9 days. Also, I can't sync with my phone, the connection doesn't go through

Works even if sometimes a bit long to connect to your watch via Bluetooth and transfer GPS tracks via Komoot sluggish, sometimes you have to do it several times for it to update.
