Great app I love how it work, my only pet peeve is that there is no “Dark mode”. The white strains your eyes if scrolling for a long time. Would love to see them implement a “dark mode” feature

This is a long review but if you need a sum up, just read the top few paragraphs.. I have thought about writing a review before now but, i have always held off simply hoping things would improve in Poshmark. But, after roughly 7 years, i see no improvement to ANY of the issues i have had for years. Here's some issues to mention but, i will start with an example of the ridiculous behavior of the people running this app.. I once had my account suspended because, after reporting a person many times without action from Posh, who was selling obvious counterfeit designer items, I commented on the sellers post calling out what they were doing, which is LITERALLY breaking the LAW by selling counterfeit. My ONE comment was reported by the seller and MY account was IMMEDIATELY suspended for 2 days because I was apparently “harassing” others. I didn't use vulgar language or say anything hateful, i simply let the seller know that i knew they were intentionally scamming people (this seller made a point to advertise items were 100% authentic) when i contacted Poshmark, they LITERALLY told me my account was being flagged because i was reporting so much and my comment was “inappropriate” and then they said to “contact Poshmark next time is see an issue by using the report button” ummmm WHAT!?!?! The biggest of face palms.. - in Addition this app is full of scammers. And i mean FULL.. the honest sellers in poshmark are very few and far between. Most of the sellers here are greedy and money grubbing. I CONSTANTLY see people reselling items (mostly jewelry) from Wish and Ali Express for HUNDREDS. We're talking about jewelry these buyers spend less than $10 on but use fancy, nearly completely false, words to jack up the price by hundreds and people fall for it. These are the same sellers that use STOCK PHOTOS taken directly from Wish & Ali Express (but these sellers say Wish and Ali Express are stealing THEY'RE pictures.. not joking) .. which, by the way, using stock photos is against the rules says their policy page but, apparently, Poshmark doesn't actually care as i have reported this SOOOOO many times and nothing has EVER been done. That leads me to my second issue.. Poshmark literally doesn't care about rectifying reported content. No joke, i once reported a listing where a man posted a picture of his “private area” and that post stayed up for FIVE days before it was taken down. I have reported sellers and listings that tag the wrong brand for exposure.. i have reported MANY obvious counterfeit items.. i have reported lies, misbehavior and dishonesty from sellers.. and i have specifically tracked these reports to see if anything is done yet, i have never seen any corrections or action taken other than that one rated X listing and again, that took 5 days to take down. Poshmark doesn't care about holding their sellers to Poshmark's own rules. They don't care about your safety. They care about sellers making sales, irregardless of the despicable means they use to sell. - another thing that is absolutely asinine is a buyer can not see ANY negative or neutral ratings of a seller. Poshmark ONLY makes the “love notes” i.e positive reviews, public. I personally can not find a way to see negative/neutral reviews soooooo apparently all sellers on poshmark are perfect (insert yet another eye roll) - next issue, that is more FYI is that EVERYTHING is more expensive on Poshmark. Just today, i saw kate spade coin purses that sell for $45-50 on Mercari and EBay but people have them listed for $100-125 on Poshmark. And this isn't one seller, this was a consistent price from many sellers. I could go on and on but those issue s are my biggest problems. In my opinion, all of the above issues are pretty serious issues.. i'm not complaining about shipping prices or fees, they are expensive but, fine.. I'm genuinely concerned and VERY annoyed that terrible, dishonest behavior is CONSTANT in poshmark. Also, why have a report feature is you clearly don't care AND punish people for using it!? I take the time to help clean up YOUR trash and you ignore it AND promote it, and the people doing it. I absolutely do not recommend Poshmark. I deleted my account ages ago but recently redownloaded it because i was curious to see if the app had improved… it did not, it's worse. Avoid wasting your time and money. Don't bother supporting the sellers there.. the chances you're dealing with an honest seller is dismal at best… ..shame on you poshmark

Overpriced clothes!! Everyone is selling used clothes at a 10-20% mark down from the original (NEW ON THE SHELF) price tag. I can go on Amazon and buy the same thing for cheap especially with FREE shipping. You might find a good deal here or there but once you add the $7+ shipping its already up to the price of a brand new item. Ridiculous! The only people raving about this app in the reviews are the sellers. Only thing they complain about is app issues

Can't get my app to update

What's going on can't even post without getting kicked out of the app.

I was suspended for 3 days so I won't be able to use the free shipping given to new users and when I reached out to support, all they said is my account is open now and didn't give a valid reason as to why it was suspended Clowns

As a VERY seasoned Poshmark Shopper and past Seller, (I shop for my wardrobe amost exclusively through Poshmark), I find that the delimiters no longer work accurately.. Some no longer work at all. It makes shopping for specific colors, sizes, types, etc., time-consuming, cumbersome and challenging. Please please fix this!!

After new update today. Posh is not working I sent out a dress literally 5 days ago and all of a sudden shipping has stopped for 2 days!

Would love to have the option to delete old messages from the Poshmark app and also see the item photos with each order.
