App never works.
Trying to get onto my Chart never works! It's frustrating when you have results and can't even see them because the says it can't load them! All I can see is my appointments but can't get onto my profile or my kids!

I know that it has been a fabulous App in the past; But now it SUCKS!!!! I can no longer use it properly because it doesn't connect all my medical institutions I have multiple and all say they use MyChart. Now I can't ever see any appointments so I can't preregister; Nor can I schedule any new appointments, nor check times and dates of appointments so very frustrating! I can't always get into the app. I can't read messages every time it is different problem. I have grown to HATE MyChart.

Need more human interaction
I cannot recommend this app less. If I could actually get into it, maybe I'd like it. The activation code won't work (even though it isn't expired) and everything they tell me to do leads me back to square one. No humans to discuss the nuances with or to fix the issue. F AI and the people who think it is better than having a human help you.

Absolutely zero stars. I'm beyond frustrated right now. Cannot access my chart and can't speak with a human. The number they give me is supposed to text a link but just tells me to do what I already did. The activation code doesn't work and isn't expired and they will not provide a new one. Just stop recommending technology that only serves to frustrate the customer when all I want is access to my own medical information ffs!!!!!!

After using "MyChart" for quite a number of years, until after trading up to the Samsung Galaxy S24+, it wouldn't allow me to upload problem photos (rashes & ect.) to messages then I switched to this app and it allowed me to attach a photo to a message which let me get the 'appointment cycle' started. One major improvement would be to add a pass code like MyChart used to have, so I don't have to sign into this app EVERY time I get a message, please!

required an update before I could open then begin the cycle of life the little circle that goes around and around and around I hit update it goes back to the app Hit update again it goes back to the app I have to agree basically seems pretty pointless I'll just stick to my chart
