The guest passes don't work. It requires an additional £11.99? I tried on the pure gym aap uk as well as the browser's multiple attempts to different guest passes. Still no luck.

Keep crashing. Always getting a notification saying "Pure Gym app is not running properly" even though it is closed and I have stopped it running in the background. Very frustrating. Seems like it might be a good app otherwise.

I always find the app crashes. The oops notice always appears. Never used to have this issue before. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but still the same issue. It's really inconvenient when you need to use it to enter the gym or when you need to make booking

Impossible to cancel. The various links just send you around in circles, without a cancel subscription button being available in spite of the app pledging that PureGym make it as easy as possible to cancel So I've now cancelled my direct debit instead and won't be paying any money demanded. Shame, the app isn't bad otherwise. But this is poor form.
