I just loaded 1 dollar for 30 minutes and i haven't even talked for a minute and now I don't have any minutes left. What the heck? Is this the customer service we are expecting?

Refund
Fe and Ricky are the worst agents. They don't do their jobs right, they respond to questions that I didn't ask and refused to help me. They kept ignoring my request and instead of refunding me the tried charging my account without my permission.

On March 25th they deducted the rate of $6.00 and on April 1st they discounted the same amount again... That's why I decided not to count on the service again.

Very poor services
After update 10 days we are facing too much issue when I try to call there no sound calling or not I don't know I am since using this application 10 years but first time I face if it will not solve I will remove permanently

In all honesty, I have been using the app month after month for years and I have found it to be excellent, safe, reliable, fast and economical. I've lost funds from my account twice. The first time I was told it was due to the fact that I didn't use the app. And ? It's my money, not yours. The second time the same thing because I haven't used it for over 3 months. And so I was robbed the second time, because the first time they were returned to me. So you can... The second time, the amount was not returned. I don't recommend it.
