Improvements
"Some" improvements resulted in me having to log into the app several times each week. Hopelessly!

miserable
With 10% on what one bought the most, I saved a lot. With this solution nothing - it is clear that the change is for Rema's best, not the customer. Also no personal offers although I scan code and rate offers. Unfortunately, there will be failings and the competitor will be chosen over you.

Previously, you could choose a discount on 10 products. Now I occasionally get a discount on what I buy. But why do I need to activate my discount? Just nonsense and clearly that this app is only for making money and has nothing to do with the customer's benefits. Mostly going on kiwi to shop now.. There they have things in stock and cheaper goods.

Not possible to add bank card as vipps and Æ cannot agree on my phone number. Going in a perpetual loop. And yes, I have approached customer service where they said there was one known issue with uncertain remedial time

Miserable, and doesn't get better!
Have had the app since its humble beginnings. The top 10 was always relevant and I shopped a lot. But after updating and removing the top 10, I constantly get the same offer on things I don't buy. Most often pasta either dry or fresh and fine baguettes. Feedback on the offers does not help. One of the offers I have now received over 20 times, and it comes back every two weeks even though I give a star. I'm sure no one reads what you type in on the feedback either. So now I barely shop on rema any more. Just get annoyed by ridiculously bad offers so then I don't want to spend my money there. Soon deletes the app since it is completely useless. It also doesn't help that I have to log in again every week.

Virtually useless
The app will not upload "personal price cuts" (which initially does not work optimally for consumers, as it rarely provides price cuts on products that consumers shop).

Google Shortcut who has created this app for Æ. Although a dangerous work environment has become known in the media. Still chooses a collaboration with Shortcut. Boycott
