Purchased tickets disappear from App
Tickets purchased and sent to children under 15 will disappear without notice from the Children's App. The error has been reported to Ruter which does not solve the problem.

Discounts on single tickets
Is absolutely terrible after last update. I checked my account and have travelled for around 800kr this month and still no discount after the change you guys made. Previously, it was worth paying for, now it's not that specific when their app doesn't work. You're just getting worse and worse.

The ticket part of the app works well, but I would definitely recommend using Google maps rather than the app for Ruter to find timetables and travel. It is possible to have stops as favorites, but it is judgement most often the different lines that are relevant. These cannot be set as favorites. Very bad.

Google Shortcut who created this app for Ruter. Although a dangerous work environment has become known in the media. Ruter still chooses a collaboration with Shortcut. Boycott
