What a pain to use
It would be nice if the app kept the information you enter so you can use it all the time but … whenever it upgrades it wants you to reenter the information again. Goodbye Scene!

Every time you open the APP you have to get a code via text for a 2 step verification. WHO wants to do that when paying in line at a shop with people behind you? No one. NOW the APP won't open at all. Just keeps saying there's no internet. OF COURSE there's internet. 😠

Edit: Seriously, the worst app ever. I'm trying to change my address under profile, but I can't. It says "Bad Request." Not a good app. Logging in takes forever despite having biometrics turned on. I'll do the fingerprint thing then the app still asks for me to type in my email, then choose between text or email for a code, then I have to type that in. And then, when I tap on "card", a message block comes up saying "temporarily unavailable". Please fix your app, it's the worst points app ever.

Horrible app. Every time you are going to pay and get the points, the app is logged off, and it asks for a new login and a text with a code. All very slow and a line forms while you try to do all that. It's very annoying. It should just stay logged. It is not necessary all this for some points.

Full of bug, doesn't work properly.... Over been trying to book a movie and the app doesn't work. Terrible. Please get to have an UX Audit in both app and website, because the website also it's not working. Horrible
