I am here in the U.K. and I sent money 25th May 2023 at 11:00am. Until now, it is already 26th May 2023 10:00pm and the funds are still pending. I called their customer service multiple times and all gave me different answers as to why the funds are still pending. 1st rep said there is just traffic, 2nd rep said there was a system error. 3rd rep said there are no system issues reported. All these reps sounded bored over the phone and you will feel that there is no willingness to help.

Shameful app and horrible customer service. I started using the app few years ago.. and just this month my account was closed for no reason. The customer service can't give me any good reason for that.. horrible service

I transfered since saturday afternoon and until Monday early morning is still processing. I'm not sure they really care about their customer. I asked them to refund my money but they always say they are working on transfer issue. It has been 36 hrs.
