The system went down after sending my orders. They took my money and said that "I was going to get a refund." It's been over 30 days. One of the representatives told me to file a dispute with my bank. I did that, and unfortunately, my bank told me that the company claimed that they offered me a service, which is a lie. Sendwave also put a hold on my account for filing a dispute.

It just gave me a headache I made the transaction everything correct as it was in the app and besides debiting the money from my account soon after they sent an email saying that the transaction was canceled and that it would take days for me to have the return of my money, and I contact support and I have no answer

I don't recommend this app for speed. Transactions can sometimes take days to be delivered to the beneficiary and we have no information in the meantime, it's just marked "processing". They don't communicate, you have to go on a completely useless chat where the agent will just tell you that he is sorry for the inconvenience. No customer service. Choose other means of transfer

For more security you should not use this app for an urgent transaction because when they have a problem (app down or partner not available) you can wait a week, even more.
