Charging Me For Non-Existent Stores
I used Shopify for a few months, then switched to Etsy because it was cheaper. I canceled my subscription and deleted my stores. A few months later, I got continued emails from Shopify asking me to pay a bill for 625$! I tried to go into my stores to cancel the subscription again, but I couldn't get into my stores because they don't exist! Shopify doesn't have a support team, only a page directing me to log into my store. I don't know what to do… Shopify, please help me!!

SHOPIFY/SHOP/AFFIRM SUCK. They direct people to scam stores then refuse to help when you don't receive an order.

Ever since the most recent update the app keeps throwing me out of my shop and I have to add it again manually. Very frustrating. App was working well until the upgrade. Disappointing how long its taking to fix, I can't be the only one experiencing this? I've shut down and reinstalled and installed the most recent update, all to no avail.

1. Chrome is blocking access to Shopify stores - I don't know how we should continue. 2. This app malfunctions with fingerprint login - sometimes it hangs your phone and nothing to do until you restart the [phone]. Easy to lose progress in whatever you are doing in the app 4. Not flexible to set whatever product you like to be at any position or page - once you've set, you've set, the first must be and remain the last 5. I tried reaching support, no way 6. How do they get feedback? I don't know

Terrible customer service. My account has a 2-step verification on it, but everytime I try to login it doesn't send my code to my phone. I had to reset my password and still no luck. I tried to contact Administration, but they kept telling me to login to account a speak with a support advisor. Umm I can't login geniuses. That's the whole ordeal I'm having. I seem to speak with a live person because everything is automated. So because of this I can't access my account now. Thanks a lot Shopify.

Horrible experience... Super confusing and you have to keep paying for apps you need anyway... It's insane!!! Not even a YouTube tutorial helped and I lost 20 bux basically just running into broken pages that couldnt even connect to my business accounts!
