This is the worst app ever. Neither do they refund nor does the app work as it suggests in the description. You dont get any support. They dont even display a customer care number to contact and on top of that nobody responds to your emails. Highly frustrating and disappointed. Its 0 stars to be honest

Poor customer service, not worth the money for the premium. I had issues with logging in, ended up logged into 2 accounts at one time. One was set at premium and I wasn't even using it. I was charged and when I reached out to customer service (which each time took days to respond) I was given the blanket statement that there's no refund except if the program doesn't work. Not happy, won't use it again and won't recommend to any one I know who is interested in intermittent fasting.

UI & UX both suck
After 3 months I've barely lost much weight on this ‘system'. The interface is cumbersome and clunky. The choices are limited. You enter ‘their' food categories.... limited choices. The motivational 'slides' are annoying and you must wait for each slide to time out before they show you the next one. The only good thing is that I drink more water. But I could have done that without the outrageous subscription price they charge. I'm looking elsewhere... after my subscription ends.

Customer service is bad and app misleading
I downloaded the free trial. Somehow it changed to paid. So the charged me 40 usd but I still have no access to the app. I have told them as much through countless emails tried to cancel and to use it since I have paid, but have been unable to. They first told me to cancel with apple but apple does not even recognise my subscription. Then they told me They would refund me if I met certain criteria. The fact that I can't use my app I feel should entitle me to refund but after many emails no response. First time ever with an app I feel like I have been taken for a ride. They have canceled it since so that I will not be charged for another 3 months but I can't use the other paid app in the mean time. Anyway lesson learnt

Paid my dollar for the free trial only it never started and i couldn't cancel on the app because it never started. I emailed customer service 3 times before the 7 days was up to cancel but they still charged me anyway and wont respond now. This is a total scam.

Love Love LOVE it!!!
I'm not a really big person but I'd like to improve my body so I'm happier and healthier. I've been using the app for about a week and a half and I'm down roughly 2 pounds! I can't wait to see my results in a month😁
