Awful app. I was in the process of getting Sky Stream and Broadband but cancelled both because it's obvious Sky haven't a clue about Internet technology.

As below, coming up with "it's not you, it us, technical error". After this it sends you to the build your own package site where you can't escape from unless you close the app. Useless!

Having a terrible time with the sky app I,ve spoken to the trouble shooters today & I thought they,d rectified my issue but same again it won,t let me log in to my account it comes up with a white page with Sky on then freezes I,ve uninstalled the app 3 times & still have same issue not able to view my bill or anything we,ve been with Sky 17 years & this is pushing me to the edge if not solved IRATE FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER 🥵😡
