I use it well, but suddenly it can't connect, or the Wi-Fi changes, and when I try it again, it fails every time, thanks to this, I thought it was a problem with the router, and I replaced it with a high-processing machine, but it is even worse, other ott devices are connected to one room.. Time money wasted.. After all, it is made in China...

I get a "mobile version" on one tablet A9 Android samsung, when I transferred the app from the A7 tablet and then it became more complicated when you turn down the picture, and when you should exit and see another camera. Why is that. Bought the tablet a month ago. All other apps work fine. Have had contact with Edgrens in Ekshärad but boom failed. Does anyone have reached suggestions.

Device often starts up suddenly on its own. Super annoying. Difficult to get the device into the app. I was excited at first, but when the paired Device gets a life of its own is not funny.

The app constantly throws out my lamps and then indicates when you want to reconnect that it only works with 2.4. Other lamps that have not been thrown out work but without problems, please take care of it, it is not due to the network, I have checked that several times. The problems have been since the update.

Non blutooth devices not working without blutooth permission. UI keeps moving. Some bulb switch on takes 9 click which should be 2-3 click max

Cloud storage and other paid services are not available. As a guard, without these functions, it is practically useless. It is not possible to download photos or videos made in security mode.
