I don't know what you all have done but we not happy. Can't watch our recordings on our apple tv boxes or the app on our phones. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!

tried to place this app on my computer,did not work? so I would not put this on any of my devices . I'll live with out it. could not really rate this app?????

So buggy

If not on my phone or iPad, the service just cuts out for no reason. I often can't cast to my TV through Google Chromecast or Apple Air Play.

Ironically does not work when on Spectrum network

Used to be solid and reliable. It's been about 9 months now where the app will not connect to channels and gives “channel not available” error ONLY WHEN ON HOME SPECTRUM WIFI. As soon as I turn WiFi off, it connects to the channels that allow streaming off network, and the others still can't be viewed. I've re-installed the app multiple times, restarted router and modem, and everything else on the network is fine.

5:minutes of TV 3:30 seconds of ads. Will be canceling spectrum streaming end of month. Ridiculous. Medicare or spectrum ads over and over or healt insurance. No thanks Pluto Netflix for me

I have a new Hisense 65 inch TV and the spectrum TV app is not available on nor is it available on any Amazon fire TV sticks either it's only available on a Roku device why can't you put the spectrum TV app on My Hisense TV? I can get it on my pixel 8 phone and on my pixel tablet but not on my TV? Could you please put the spectrum TV app on my Hisense TV or else I will cancel my cable tv and get another streaming service that I can watch on my TV you guys should have the spectrum TV app on all .

the app doesn't have the date, it doesn't have the show or movie description and year on the menu screen like the tv box used to have, and it doesn't show you the show and channel number you are currently watching. please add these features on the apps menu. maybe then I'll give you a five star.
