It would be NICE if the calendars had their own ulr, so games/practices from one team wouldn't show up under another. Especially since I have two boys and ALL calendars are getting mixed up. Oh. And, maybe train your staff to not blow off customers' concerns, especially when they accompany the concern with VIDEO EVIDENCEof the issue. I've been having this issue for at least two or three seasons.

App is really unreliable. Freezes a lot. Cannot save photos shared in chat. I've contacted them several times about this. They always seem to think it's on my end and insist an update has come out since Oct 2023, but this page clearly shows that's not the case. They tell me to uninstall completely, restart my phone and reinstall. I've done that several times to appease them, but nothing is fixed when I do this. This was supposedly going to be fixed in mid March. It's still not working. I'm done!

Clunky
This app is clunky at best. The login hangs up and doesn't allow for smooth onboarding. Very very frustrating.

Can’t login on mobile, can’t add additional parents
Our softball league moved to this platform and while creating events and viewing calendar on the desktop version has been a nice addition to the previous platform, I have been unable to log in to mobile for days (it keeps thinking I'm a new user) so no mobile capability (I need to be able to have this while I'm at the field!). In addition it's a huge oversight that when creating a roster I can only add ONE email for the athlete. Newsflash: some kids have two parents who want to stay informed and in some cases those parents aren't living in the same house. I do t want to trust one parent to go in and add the other's email to allow them to rsvp, message, etc. ALSO….no capability to add the player in as a contact? We use Heja for another sport and I can message all parents and players at the same time if I need to…these girls are old enough they all have the app on their phones and don't need mommy and daddy reporting if they're running late or not coming. SportsEngine should be a sitcom on NBC because it's such a joke.

App is terrible
This is literally the worst app on my phone. I have to use it because our sports teams do. I get booted all the time and the app is unable to save my login info. Currently cannot log in at all. No support to help.

Every 7-10 days I have to reinstall SportsEngine. No clue what happens it's just gone. If it wasn't for team communications, I wouldn't worry about it.

Updates areMaking worst than it’s ever been
App data doesn't match website data. Manual pushes are required for synchronization. They made updates to the platform and paying customers are their as beta users. They half cooked updates have no ability to roll back.

Can’t Sign On, No Alert Sounds
I've been using this app for weeks now, but today, I suddenly can't sign in - the app won't recognize my email as an existing account user and prompts me to make a new account (have uninstalled/reinstalled and restarted [phone]x). The desktop website confirms I still have an account active. Also, it's a huge oversight that alert sounds are not available on iOS - “badges” is the only available notification. Please fix these bugs!
