Pretty good
One thing I would like to see in the app is cancellations or personal events still on the calendar but greyed out in a way

Updates need to be double checked
So I've been using this app for almost 5 years. I absolutely love it. I give it three stars because I don't really ever have issues with it but every time it updates there's always glitches in the system and more recently when someone is a late cancellation or a no-show it does not allow me to, collect the fee that I have in place and it just gives me an error code. Please fix this thank you.

Square appointments used to link the Google calendar. Now this features $30 A MONTH! So using the square appointments to book my own appointments. The people who schedule on the app don't show up in the apps calendar but on my Google calendar. This is making for a huge problem. Please can you make this one feature added to using the calendar again? Also having to pick an appointment service before the time but the service menus on the bottom. This is awful. It shows that there's no availability

There's a few things that need improvement, seems I have to find ways to work around issue. Updates seem to break features or at least in the last 1.[address]I have had stuff removed or problematic. I used the android app as well as the mobile, latest update made it so any appointment made through app drop sales tax on items. Items are checked marked to add taxes but don't even have option on Mobile app. This was working fine from day one but latest update broke this functionI.

Hate the update.
With a BURNING passion, we HATE the update. It has added so many hurdles to book for our barbershop. An absolute train wreck that had all across the board, negatively hurt our business.

I like it but the agenda so that they can leave you a review can only be done with the squere go application and that one is only for iphone not for another kind of phone

Ever since you had to pay for extra services this app is a pain. It used to still send a reminder to clients even on the free version, as of late my clients are not getting a reminder about their appointments and it has caused them to forget about their appointment, which takes money away from me.

Please fix!
I'm using square appointment links for my customers and when they copy past info into the notes field, it doesn't let you paste. Also, often time just deleted your info so you have to retype it. Please help. Great software but this bug is killing me!
