Stopped providing stars, registering challenge accomplishment. The app can be used to pay, but no stars are granted, purchases meeting challenges are not recorded, no double stars for registered card, no single stars for purchase. No point to app anymore. Customer Service requires receipt-which the app is not properly recording. Get paper receipt & plan call customer service after every purchase if you want your stars. Edit: Stopped working between 10 Apr & 17 Apr purchases. Reinstalled twice.

I can't even get past the sign up. I looked for Starbucks Canada and was given two options to download. Neither would let me change my country to Canada, in fact, you can't even select a country other than the US. Since you can't properly complete the profile as a Canadian you can't benefit from adding your birthday, it won't save, you can only discard everything you've entered. Disappointing and frustrating.

Doesn’t work
Stopped letting me sign in after an update. Fantastic, with money on the app, it doesn't work. Good job Starbucks, hire some competent people to fix your app!

Great app, but doesn't show all stores. There is a large Starbucks right in front of me. It has been there over a year but it doesn't show up on the app so I can't order from here. Other than that, great app.

No way to cancel order. I was expecting a confirmation screen before the order finalized, or a way to cancel within x number of seconds.

App signed me out and won't let me sign in since early this month. Cleared cache & data, uninstalled/reinstalled. Did not work. Called CS, got referral to next level tech (Genesis) who emailed me with instructions & req 4 screenshot to confirm. Did all but NC. Tried screenshot, app would not permit so got screenshot of refusal & sent 2 Genesis with update. That was on 4/12. Radio silence since then. Service fail along with app fail.

Order ahead is not working. The app can't locate any stores. I have restarted the app, double checked the settings, and restarted my phone, nothing is helping.

It's easy to forget to scan at checkout. I have lost so many points because of that. Not sure if I'm the only customer fogetting it, is it by design, or is there room for improvement. ☹️
