The service is very good and I have no complaints about the internet itself, rather it is against the router or the app, too few options, there are cheap routers that have many more functions and allow you to monitor and control the network, it is a point to improve too obvious.

The android version of this app appears to have issues. It won't stay connected to the starlink and cycles between connected and disconnected. iOS version is rock solid and doesn't drop the connection. The android phone (or any other app) never looses wifi connection or internet. Just the starlink app does. Prior version didn't seem to do this.

Starlink not connected, no one helps. It' may nt be the app, just extremely poor support About to drop starlink....worked for a month or so, now not.app says sign in, but does not give a screen to allow you to do so. B

It's pretty annoying when someone takes your password and shares it via QRCODE! It would be fair for them to come up with a way to make it impossible to share in this way.

Random connection, unable to connect to the router for several weeks, you have to restart the phone for it to connect, then after a minute, it automatically disconnects.
