Complete Ripoff I went into app to check on tickets and find out total price. I had to keep tapping through each confirmation screen; even a payment method before finding out the full price. With each tap, I was worried that I might actually purchase before finding out the full price. So a $42 ticket on the initial screen became $64 total price! Over 50%more in fees! There was a time, when Stubhub charged somewhat reasonable fees, but those days are long gone. Buyers and sellers lose.

This app is a joke. It keeps crashing. Stub Hub is a joke also charging ridiculous service fees for what. This is why I refuse to go to these places.

Scam, bought tickets and directs me to app and nothing there. Tickets only mobile app. Should be seamless.

Good when it works which is extremely rare. My Listing page never works. My tickets never show up in the event listing. Maybe it's better for buyers but for sellers it's terrible

I'm never using stubhub again. On the day of the event, I got an email from Stubhub stating that my tickets are no longer available and gave me an option for seats in the back when U paid for the front. I'll use Ticketmaster from now onwards.

Their guarantee is nonsense. Tickets never provided. $650.00 bucks down the drain. Don't be like me, go to the ticket source. They all have resell. Skip stubhub unless you like dealing with a call center overseas, terrible!!
