Great when it's working, handy to track points, but for some reason it now won't let me log in, keeps saying "unable to login at the moment please try again later" Edited: not working again...my god how hard can it be?! Terrible

Does not work at all. When you try to register points at the checkout, you will be announced: "unable to contact"..... The cashier stated that points can no longer be recorded afterwards either. Lousy functionality.

Try to make my points add a subway restaurant was told I've got to buy something before I can use the code to buy a coffee then I popped into another one try to redeem me for a coffee but it would not work she said I must already use it but I can't use it because it was still there so I don't know what she was talking about

Never able to login. Logs me out all the time, then needs 2 factor authentication which never works and then locks you out from logging in for 24h. Errors area always default error or just error with no further authentication. Why does it have to be this difficult to just be able to use points!

The app is a problem you get a code to log on this should not be necessary as all info is put in if you try get the code from email sent it has expired when you try to use it

One of the poorest loyalty apps I've yet encountered. Being able to use it is far too dependent on staff knowing what they're doing with the app often failing to scan and mumbling often not accepting the points, forcing one to pay without even getting a meal deal. You cannot use the points on advanced orders. Advanced orders are often not made when customers arrive on time. The customer needs much more control including a guarantee that points will be accepted before orders are made.

Stupidest app ever , who's got time to login then wait for a verification code whilst waiting in a queue. What's so special about this app that you need to verification 🤷🏽♂️

It's always unclear where you can or can't do which action and it doesn't always work. But the points and if the action(s) can/can be nice
