I got a new device and no one in that department can help figure out why I can't receive a code to verify when all my credentials and biometrics is correct. They have even had me text the number to send the word START 3 times with no positive outcome

This service takes too many days off. Login service is busted, and support cannot even be achieved because YOU HAVE TO LOG IN TO CONTACT THEM. Thanks for screwing me over today Suncoast, holding my own money hostage from me.

allow transaction notifications
i like to know when a transaction is approved and get a notification. this way i know if there is an unapproved transaction so i can quickly shut off my card. all my other banks and credit unions allow this but i have not found how to turn that notification on in this app. please make this an option!

Deposit
My deposit was not reflecting in my account so that I can make payment. It did not even show it was pending!

Horrible with deposits. I can read the watermark and all text with photos taken, but deposits still don't go through. I have to take 6 or more pics every time I make a deposit. I just did 2 checks in a row. One check went through, 1 did not. So it's not my phone/ camera! It's the app:(

Interface isn't user friendly. Kind of outdated drop options. Could be better.

Suncoast is a good bank, but the UI and UX of the app are horrible and it makes me want to switch banks for that alone.

Right now as of 4/22/2024 I cannot even open the app to pay and move money like I need to do before the beginning of the month. I have tried updating the app and uninstalling it to reinstall it fresh. I'm not sure what to do about it right now so 1 star till it's fixed.
