Missing luggage
We just arrived from CUN Mexico and we are missing ONE suitcase, we checked TWO and just one make it (WHATTT) I hope in the next 24 hours we have and answer and recovery our luggage.

Why can I not share or even simply screenshot and send to my traveling party... this is absolutely needed when planning a trip. (Hey Dev, if you want to keep it sunwing exclusive and perhaps even get more members, then how about being able to share between another sunwing member that has the app as well?) Also, when will Sunwing have a loyalty program?

Puma Cana vacation except for delays
Had a great experience at the Makestic Elegance resort. Food and amenities were 5 star, staff very friendly. If there was any issues the staff were quick to address. Beaches in Punta Cana the best. The bad thing was our return flight was delayed for 3.5 hours because Sunwing could not get flight crew to airport on time. I find that unacceptable by Sunwing as the aircraft was there and waiting. There was no communication by Sunwing staff at airport . Delays came on texts but very late. The conditions at that airport were crowded and chaotic. I have heard of issues with Sunwing lately now I experience it.
