I've been waiting for my card for 3 days and I still haven't received anything

The app. keeps crashing, or won't open . I have to go through play store to open it and 9time out of 10 it still won't open. For some reason one of the games I was playing, has turned gray and it won't let me play it . One of my other games it will let me play but it stopped tracking my progress in the game. And I'm much higher in levels and it still won't give me the points I should be earning. I had a good selection of games at first but now I don't. As soon as I can cash out I'm going to.

The app tells you to complete level 4 In 3 separate games and get 200 bonus diamonds. I've downloaded and played every game available on the app and surpassed level 4 on all games and haven't received any bonus diamonds. I've even reached out to tech support to address the issue and haven't gotten any answers back . Also the app tells u that after day 7 of playing each game u get 2 diamonds plus 20 diamonds and so on and I haven't gotten any of the extra diamonds and so on .

Just wish that u can play whole game before their all these ads. Other than, that the games are and addictive some of rewards should have wallets, or different 🤔 cards would helpfully.

I totally change my review of this app. They just banned my account because they felt like it, I had already redeemed 5 dollars and had a positive review of this app, now I went for the 10 dollars and they banned my account saying now that I was using VPN and proxies and that I was using emulators and so on. I wrote to support to explain what happened and they didn't respond. I've been ripped off of my time and my measly $10 that is only enough for a MacDonald.

Seems to be a good gaming app. The only issue in my opinion is that it takes too much time playing the games to get enough diamonds in order to get the gift cards. Unless things change in that aspect l give them 3 stars :)
