No 5G
It's incredible that they don't have 5G coverage throughout the kingdom, with their absurd fees, the app not working properly, and the incompetent customer service. They've been saying they're improving connectivity and coverage since before the pandemic, and it's a complete lie.

Their network was nice but my bank card details where never safe as fraudulent [phone] staffs shopped different phones with my bank card. I took my PAC number, paid my debts and switched to EE. It's been 7 months since I left but 02 is still billing me and their customer service channels don't take calls or reply emails. [phone] is my worst mistake ever.😡😡😡😡😡😡

Terrible first impression
App is buggy and ugly / outdated layout. Completed messed up my onboarding - they put me on the wrong plan, incorrectly charged and tells me I'm not eligible for intro promo offer I was informed I'd get in writing. Randomly asks me if I want to remove my device from account without any prompt. Can't get hold of anyone on phone or live chat - emailed them but says it takes 7 working days for them to respond. Really poor - no better than some of the cheaper network providers.

Have been trying, unsuccessfully, for 3 days to pay my bill and terminate my contract. Have lost hours of my life being left on hold on the internet, and when finally, getting typing contact with a human, getting shunted from pillar to post in a never-ending exercise of futility. No-one interested in resolving the issue and each resorting to passing the problem on.
