Won’t log me in
Been using this app for a long time, with no issues logging in, but today it won't. I've been using Face ID to login, so I can scan tickets for the Luck Zone, and it usually logs me right in. But today I went to login, and after scanning my face, it said they sent a code to my email and needed to enter it in order for the app to verify my account. Well, I did that, and it just sits there with three dots bouncing up and down, saying verifying account, but never does it. It was taking so long, that the screen timed out. So I touch the screen to light it back up, and it just kept on with the three dots. So I went to another app and did some other things, came back to this app 10 minutes later, and it still said verifying account. Frustrating. Please fix. Thank you

It doesn't scan the barcode bad experience I just installed it and I'm going to remove it right now it doesn't do its job

I can not scan my scratch offs. I've tried installing it uninstalling and reinstalling it I've tried several different other things trying to update it and it does not let me scan my scratch off tickets

App kicks you back to the starting point
If you incorrectly read a ticket, the app kicks you all the way back to the starting point, and you have to restart the search. Very annoying.

Getting email pin to log in every time is giant pain and completely unnecessary.
