It doesn't work!!!

I don't recommend it. Once again, I can't turn on the app at all. The problem only occurs when more data is downloaded (more than 200-300 GB). App and IOS up-to-date.

No Alexa integration in the UK

I have loved the trial of Tidal. The sound quality, the automated playlists are great, and the family account is class leading with their new pricing structures. However, a good 50% of our consumption as a family is through Echo devices and without the kids being able to ask Alexa for their favourite songs I can't subscribe. Please sort this so I can leave Spotify for good!

Unfortunately I will have to cancel my plan. I subscribed to Tidal and it's a great platform but I can't find the app for my LG TV even though it has a very recent OS. I contacted TIDAL support and they suggested me to buy another device that was compatible and then I bought the Amazon fire tv stick and to my surprise I found the app not downloading. I went to the TIDAL website and the page that talks about availability and how to install Tidal on fire tv no longer exists. Anyway very disappointant

The app is really great, not to mention the quality, but I can't give a better rating because the app doesn't search for my Yamaha receiver, of course it works through the musicCast app, but it's quite numb, the search for songs itself is numb, please correct it and it will be a 😎👍 fairy tale

Since a few days ago they modified the plans, somehow they have broken something and errors have been appearing in the downloads and the offline mode of albums, saying that the page is not available, hopefully they will solve it quickly and effectively

I love everything about the app how bad I always have problems with the downloaded music because it says it's not available, I always have to delete it and re-download it is horrible

It seems that there is an absence of important features like shuffle and loop play on the Android/Google TV version. It's really surprising and rather disappointing. I hope these options will be incorporated in a future update.

Excellent in terms of music quality Bad that the charge is every 30 days and not monthly, therefore at least one month you will be charged 2 times and 12 payments in a year only cover 360 days.
