Has potential but painfully slow and not easy to use
Has a lot going for it but it is painfully slow and is not made for an easy to use experience. Rook me over 15 minutes to finalize my order just from the loading. Compounding in frustration when it then also asks me “are you sure” for everything I want yo remove from order if I change my mind. Only use to skip lines and for reward points but I don't leave satisfied.

Bad Service
I waited 35 minutes just for my order to be cancelled, they had everything I ordered and the driver must have cancelled it, seriously? On top of that I know I still had to wait since the app said 45 minutes to get the food. Theres a tim hortons nearby so I know distance isn't an issue

Awful for drive through
We have enough to do while driving make it simpler!!! Take our money give us points then take off a discount. Too much to select figure out and change according to the time of day. Stupid.

I wish the offers would be more items that I use. It's not that you don't know what I use , I scan my card all the time . 90% of the time I don't use my offers :

Apps should improve, not get worse.
The Tim's app has never been worse. A long pet peeve is that not everyone gets the same offers, my wife has a few right now and I have just one and it's for double points. Even then, the offers themselves keep getting worse while the prices skyrocket and portions get smaller. The interface of the app has far too much garbage that just slows it down. I can get weather and word games elsewhere, I just want Tim's Offers… lousy they may be nowadays.

I haven't been able to log in for months. Tried over a dozen times to send code. Haven't received a single code.
