New app is more difficult to navigate than old app. T-mobile did not supply enough of the freebie perks in my area. May look at other providers if Tmobile corporate is going to be ignorant and dishonest.

Most of the "deals" were just ads. Now they're actually adding regular ads to the app now. Uninstalling.

Ever since the app changed to T-Life, I haven't been able to redeem any deals because my "number isn't eligible." I have called numerous times over several months, changed my password, I've been promised emails containing perks but never received them, and this whole thing has just been a huge disappointment. I used to enjoy the Tuesday Thanking. So sad.

Stop the opening splash screens asking for notification & location. I don't want to. Other than that it's a no brainer. Sometimes have to Download another app to redeem perks but then uninstall. It's easy.

Ridiculous!!! I never had any issues with the Tuesday app, but once it switched over to T-Life, I haven't been able to claim any offers. It keeps telling me that I need a T-Mobile ID I've requested help, multiple times and the answer is always the same. After going through a few quick fixes, that don't work, the conclusion is always the same, to toss more money at it. It's not my SIM and it's not my phone. This app is the issue! ***EDIT*** It's not my SIM, my family members have zero issues!!!

App is too buggy to even use. Don't know why they changed. T Mobile is going down hill. I now have a cap on my home internet

I'm a little disappointed. Every T-Mobile give-a-way currently never has any of the promotional available. I work a 12 hour shift on Tuesday. Therefore, I'm unable to go in until Wednesday mornings. I went to two locations, and no luck. I can say I do enjoy the $5 Atom movie ticket and mail in offers, but I would love to score some of the on location freebies.
