Dear township team, I am writing in the dreamer days, the problems continue in the same way, I do not give stars, when the colored puzzle levels up, it does not go to the other level, it freezes, contracts, and everything in the city disappears, it throws the game out of the game, please solve the problem as soon as possible and I have been logging into the game for two days, I delete and reload, I clear the cache, I enter the game, I can't enter again when I leave, fix the problem, please you don't deserve a star, I have given years to this game, I don't deserve it.

The creators of this game apparently can't download it on another mobile once you want to change phone I can't open the previous game i.e. the other village is already very advanced there is no way to recover anything. I write to them, a robot replies and waits 1 to 4 days for them to respond and when they don't answer, they ignore it and start again. So nothing at all.

The cache decreases on its own. Moreover, the response when such problems occurred was the worst. Even though I explain the situation in detail, I can send images and videos. There's no way I'm conveniently taking a video when the cache is low ... After all, it seems that they will not guarantee it if it does not remain as evidence. I've had a lot of fun playing it, but it's a shame. Uninstalled.

This game is fire to play but problem is, i hate when games make you have to wait to do things, like stop doing that, putting a time limit to upgrade or do something is so annoying, thats why i wanna stop playing now, i dont like this game no nore after seeing this, like, i like getting the thing over with, but its better if it takes around 5 seconds to uograde but not 10 minutes, its so annoying
