The app itself doesn't have so many problems, but it was possible to send a driver not at the requested address and have to cross the street so as not to miss the ride. Driver cancellations, often waiting 20 minutes for someone to accept the ride.

For people who need to pay in cash and don't have a credit card, ask how?????? I spent 1 hour trying to call uber none accepted, and soon after credit card verification since I don't have it. Lousy garbage app, I will always recommend 99pop

It's convenient, and the Mr./Ms. is more responsive than other services. However, depending on the location, it was difficult to find out the current location, so I had to look for it when I got on the bus.
