App has errors
I tried to create an account using the app. When tapping on create account or login, a black screen pops up and remains stuck there. I had to do it through my web browser. After done shopping I tried to log out and I could't ling a log out tab. Navigating is also slow on the web as the app using it as a visitor.

Glitch Central
Many glitches during password & username reset, it takes several days to receive the link. Account never shows previous purchases so points never accrue. Billing address & payment details do not save. Error message received when valid (UA provided) discount codes used…too many glitches. App randomly closes out layout & design is not intuitive. Also, my iOS & app are up to date.

Doesn’t work well if you live in an apartment
I used this app to order a package and paid for it via Apple Pay. The apartment unit number that shows up on Apple Pay did not transfer over. I noticed it on the confirmation email. I called and was told that the issue was resolved. The package still has not been delivered. I had to call back a second time to get it resolved and I am still waiting for the package.

The loading process from each page to another takes quit about of time. Some of the pages have a hard time loading and never load.
