App works great. The thing that could be better is the transaction history does not have a rolling balance associated with it. This has caused issues when trying to get approved for a home loan. Also the credit card does not have a 30 day grace period it incurs interest right away.

The rates are okay and I like how my payments are calculated each month. The only complaint is after paying the bill it takes 10 days to reflect your account while other credit cards reflect within 2-3 days

Do NOT use this servive, you will regret it. Luckily I just paid off my loan. Now I have to finish paying the credit card and they do not allow you to set the payment dates for auto payments. Dumbest policy ever and they have been doing it this way for several years. They like to make payments and other things much much more difficult than it needs to be. AVOID UPGRADE services.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! Impossible to report a card lost or stolen on a weekend/outside "business hours". Miss a payment, and you get a dozen robocalls a day from all over the country

¹ Rewards Checking Plus customers who set-up monthly direct deposits (https://www.upgrade.com/deposits/active-account/) of $1,000 or more earn 2% cash back on common everyday expenses at convenience stores, drugstores, restaurants and bars - including deliveries - and gas stations, as well as recurring payments on utilities and monthly subscriptions including phone, cable, TV and other streaming services, and 1% cash back on all other debit card purchases. 2% cash back is limited to $500 in rewards per calendar year; after $500, customers earn 1% cash back on all eligible debit card purchases for the remainder of the year.
