Many bugs and you can't download any attachments

It's a lagging platform, not a product you want to use. I spent so much time as a freelancer trying to find clients here - but nothing worked. I tried to book a consultation with a talent - but it was automatically canceled a few minutes after the booking was created. But no one was going to revert my payment. I could even write to support because the chatbot on the platform wouldn't let me do it. I don't recommend anyone use it, and I hope some new platform will come up to complete the job.
