can not deliver
Im from holland and when I try to order certain items it only says can't deliver to Amsterdam at checkout. Very annoying since there is no way to know untill you go to check out

Horrible Customer Service!!!
Ordering from Urban has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Being falsely accused of stealing pants and then asked to pay $70 for it has been a major inconvenience. The block on my account has disrupted my ability to make purchases, leading to all my orders being canceled and items going out of stock. What's worse is the disrespectful treatment I received from customer service when trying to resolve the issue. Overall, this experience has been deeply upsetting and has left me questioning the integrity of the company.
