Payment processing
Not sure why my payment has been deducted from my banking account to pay my bill to Verizon card via ACH, yet it is still processing on the Verizon Card app? I don't understand this. It was deducted and paid 4-15-24 from my checking account.

Verizon credit card
I had a issue with Fraud and delayed that I talked to was right on top of everything. Needless to say I didn't lose any money.

Horrible financial timeline. Trying to figure out if payments are scheduled is truly impossible.

Statements??
Love the app and how not too wordy it is, however, I don't like that you cannot look at a copy of the statement/bill that gets mailed to us. The filter works well to see the transactions, but we would still need to add those up to see what we owe on our statement.

Simply and easy to use
Gives you basic info like balance, purchase, and payments. The main issue is how long it takes to update anything you do, to actually post takes weeks not days. I should have a zero balance, but it still says I owe a thousand because three weeks of payments are waiting to be credited, even though they took the money from my bank weeks ago. That is probably a bank issue more than the app but either way it's extremely frustrating.

Lagging on payment processing times compare to other cards by Synchrony Financial processing standards. Rewards platform is not as friendly when it comes to detailed of transactions through the application. Needs more work on presenting transaction and to get more efficient on payment processing times 3 to 4 business is quite a long time to other financial institutions services.
