This is the slowest app I've ever encountered! I have so much problems logging in sometimes and then it takes ages to load the available classes etc. Definitely the stability of the app can be vastly improved!

Stopped working
Suddenly login fails, it just reverts to the login screen and deletes the login information. I have no way of booking anything apart from going to the website. Problem persists after todays update

The worst app experience ever!
Constant glitches and issues. Wrong times for classes put in calendar, notification preferences never actually stick when you select them. The same New! Feature pops up every time you open this awful app. Who manages this? You would think Virgin would be a bit more tech savvy???

Can’t add bookings to my calendar
Lately, in the past fee weeks, the app has bugs which doesn't allow to add my class bookings to the Calendar. I gave the app permission to add events to my calendar but the app still says I need to give it permission. So it's not working still

Calendar settings bug
Adding classes used to be automatic. Then a few weeks ago classes stopped being added to iPhone calendar. I found the setting to change it but now the app doesn't work at all - clearly a bug. A message comes up and won't leave the screen so now I can't use the app at all!!

This is a horrible app. It never gives me my rewards. I have to uninstall and install it twice a week whenever I want my reward. And of course it will never work when it's time for the sprint reward. Please just fix this app. What's the point of having a reward system, if it never works.

Calendar sync not working
The app was adding classes ok, then it was adding them multiple times, then not at all … then worked again but keeps now flipping back to not adding! Pretty basic functionality that needs to be solved properly.

No more cashback option available for a sprint reward, despite it still being mentioned as a viable option in the terms and conditions. The busy home page is also rather annoying. My club also seems to struggle with updating their classes and communicating to members who have booked when the class is cancelled. Please start focusing on customer experience, else I'll be forced to move to a competitor.
